Return Policy

Here at the CTEEZ TRUCKING & EQUIPMENT we want to make sure you are satisfied with our line of Bulk Lubricants, Diesel Exhaust Fluids, Greases, Coolants and Chemicals. Although we go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction, CTEEZ TRUCKING & EQUIPMENT understands that there may be reasons from time to time that could cause the need for a product return.

CTEEZ honors returns under the following conditions:

(a) The product must be shipped back within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. (b) The drum/tote or case goods are unopened and are in “factory new” condition (c) Call 1-719-602-2855 to obtain a return authorization number.

Restrictions* on product returns apply:

(a) All returned merchandise sent to our facility in unopened, factory new condition that includes a return authorization number will be honored as a return. (b) All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. (c) Processing returns using a credit card are subject to a 3.85% fee
